How much does Pro cost?
Pro is $49/month per user billed monthly. Annual billing is available at a discount.
Limits
What happens when I reach my request limit?
On the Free plan, you can create up to 10 requests per calendar month. Once you reach the limit, you'll need to wait until the next month or upgrade to Pro for unlimited requests.
What happens when I reach my storage limit?
When you hit the storage limit, new uploads will be blocked. You can free space by downloading and deleting completed requests, or upgrade to Pro for 50 GB.
Is there a file size limit?
Yes, individual files can be up to 50 MB each. There is no limit on the number of files per checklist item.
Billing
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Go to Settings > Billing and click Upgrade to Pro. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Settings > Billing. You'll retain Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact support@filechute.com for a full refund.
Teams & Organizations
How does team billing work?
Each user has their own individual plan and subscription. Organization members each need their own Pro subscription to access Pro features. Billing is always per user, not per organization.
Can team members have different plans?
Yes. Each team member has their own plan with their own storage and request limits. One member can be on Pro while another stays on Free.
